I'm not good wit this... but it sure beats saying it. Probably the hardest thing I have to deal with is wondering what life would have been like if my father and my best friend were still alive. How would life be like rite now? that question is infinite. I feel like time is moving fast, but at the same time moving slow. I'm impatient, yet life flashes by with a blink of an eye. I feel like I need to make progress, but I need a break, relaxation. When my pops past away 3 years ago I felt like somebody took a big machete and cut my roots that help me grow. Now that my dude Ricky past away its like as I began to grow new roots and some fat kid with a jelly donut blocked the sun. But why stop growing? I was listening to the N.E.R.D. record "Love Bomb" and the first verse Pharrell says something like:
Why make life taking planes
I believe, that when you lose your root
Choose the sunlight
It could be your guide...
that was like the dopest thing ever to me at that time. You can take that line from many different perspectives but I felt like my prayers were heard when this record dropped. Whats even crazier is the CD dropped two days after Rickys accident, before I took off to New York. So how do you continue life with somebody you see almost everyday like a sibling? I know imma jus do me cuz thats what Chi Chi enjoyed most being a free spirit. Never a dull moment when we in the house, we always on some (what he like to call) "Rob and Big shit" jus say something and do it.(minus the silly money to play with lol) it's been real. Beyond real, damn near unreal, and what happened on June 8th that morning to me was "unreal." I felt like I lost the only person in the world that knew me almost better than me. I want to make him proud and I miss him dearly.

Lupe for President! He Performs at Glastonbury (Half hour long)
He killed it once again, I love his performances, his stage precense is the shit. I was impressed and became and instant fan of his first mixtapes.
So underrated...On another note
Amy Winehouse hates Kanye.lol
Amy appear on stage on her two legs, still alive. Not only she was still breathing, but she also had enough breath to diss Kanye during her performance for "Some Unholy War", she sang the following lyric:
"At least I’m not opening for a c*** like Kanye"
Kanye responds thru his blog titled:
"THIS JUST IN... AMY WHINEHOUSE HATES ME!!! NOW I'VE REALLY MADE IT!!! LOL!!!!"
Jay-z opened Glastonbury with a performane
This has to be the smartest move he ever made in his music career. After months of being criticized by Oasis member Noel about his international status and that an hip hop act shouldn't be the headliner of the festival (UK). Jigga proved him wrong by performing in front of 100,000 people (sold in one day, unheard of) and by opening his set with their own song. Talk about sending a message, take that Oasis.
Hip Hop is bigger than Life so stop hating haters!

HOMEMADE AIRPLANE...made in CHINA
How fucking ballsy is this chinese dude! CHinese farmer made his own homemade airplane and fucking flew it?! I mean what happens when it just craps out at 400 ft or whatever he’s at? You die a shitty death, and have your lawnmower engine land on your corpse leaving you unrecognizable.
Somehow I don’t think reward is worth the risk but thats why China is the new #1
Go China!

Wake Up Mr. McFLy!
Finally! Marty McFly x Nike Hyperdunk COllab!
A subject of intense interest and controversy, the Nike McFly’s originally seen in Back to the Future II movie has created a series of grass roots efforts for Nike to produce the shoe. Nike’s first actual acknowledgment of the McFly’s sneaker fan interest is perhaps seen here with an upcoming McFly-inspired colorway of the Nike Hyperdunk. The Hyperdunk itself has received its fair share of hype in recent memory thanks to a largely successful viral video campaign featuring Kobe Bryant defying gravity in various acts of athleticism. No word yet on availability and all that is seen here is a preview of the tongue tags.

GOOD LUCK LAKERS!!!! GO FOR GAME 7 DAMMIT!!
Fathers Day Weekend plus JV cinematic adventures
Sunday
Started wit casually chillin on the streets of Fordham and jus chillin till we had a BBQ late around dinnerish. Watched Tiger Woods compete b4 the game and all I have to say is "WOW" at the level of athleticisim this man has. I mean it's almost like this guy aims for impossible and than sits it on his lap only to proceed to spank it. Jesus he's jus that damn good. and so were those lamb chops coronas & mojitos. mmmm...bueno.
kicked back and watch the explosive first quarter Lakers put on. Than after that I began to worry with the lack of teamwork LA showed till 4th quarter. Than LA finally pulled off the victory with a controversial pick(steal) from Kobe and dunks on the other end. I was happy controversy or not.
Monday
Umm I woke up late, lol suppose to do a few things, um debted. So called up JV to find out he was setting up promotions for a party him and his girly gonna start throwin on Fridays in South Bronx. God I hate club promoters they always think they hot shit but they prolly the sneakiest, dirtiest, grimiest people in the club scene. Anyways so I rolled out wit JV and his girly and ate some good ole chinese at the buffet and than we made plans to go to the arcade at Rockaway for the nite. After the arcades we watched "The Incredible Hulk" which was dope right around the middle and at the end. minus the loud snoring right behind us, that i couldnt OD stop laughing at. Went toward the building and witnessed the third fistfight I seen breakout in a span of a weekend and 2 days here. This place is not for me anymore.lol

Big City Big Lights
So I figured my first day would be hectic gettin ready for the baby shower and stuff so we went ridin round the Bronx all day. My first time driving in the city and im whippin a round an SUV. It is a good look though becuz you almost command respect on the road in a bigger vehicle. So many people outside doing somethin; either you chillin in front of the stoop, playing dominos wit the fold out table or open fire hydrants tell you that summers here. Gotta drive by the old hood eary next week. So we finally settle in to the house. I jus wanna kick my feet and pass out but I get a call from an friend JV and he tells me hes in the BX so he drives by the building to chill on Fordham. Good seeing old friends again. I get back inside and they makin plans to go out to the city already. I was tired as all hell but I could not pass on a nite out of town. So I take a shower get fresh and we take the train heading to Manhattan. We in the train station and jus walking around you see fashion is HUGE in the city. The people I was chilling with even brought out there best stuff it was ridiculous how so many trends start here and merge to other places. So many unique styles its really inspiring I walked through the Rockefeller Center for the first time and we walked through Soho. As you can tell by this time we did alot of walking and arrived at Gonazalez y Gonzalez which was super niice Latin Spot where you can eat at some nice tables, full length bar and a dance floor.
Homecoming: I landed safe! twice!
No sleep as I head strait to Good ole' MCO (Orlando International Airport) I pass my time by peeping thru new mags and listenin to my iTunes. I picked up the new Complex magazine and a venti caramel frap. yummy.
Then I seen this while walking out some store. lol
My trip started out with a flight to the nations capital (DC) and waitin there for a nice hour and touchdown at my final destination, La Guardia airport :) I must say DC was so niice from above I wanted to go and explore.
The flight from DC to Ny was short I couldnt even get a nap in. So as soon as I land im seeing all the lil things I miss from New York and the big things, like the buses. Finally get picked up by my cousin and i'm super excite but at the same time tired as all hell. nevetheless it feels so good to be back!

NBA FINALS: Celtics win game 4, Lakers down 3-1
WOW first home lost for Los Angelas Lakers. 24 point comeback at the 2nd half, Biggest comeback in this years Playoffs so far. suprising? ...to me not really. I told everybody i'm on the LA side with this series but it wont kill me if they take an "L" I mean bright side, Kevin Garnett finally wins an NBA Championship ring but the Lakers will lose a hard earned season. Celtics are jus looking real good compared to LA I cant put my finger on it. Funny becuz they went to game 7's for every other series but seem to be walking in the park with LA. It must be the defense. My highlights so far in the finals has to be a quote made on Game 3. "...Its not Ray Allens fault, the guys just that good!" LOL and of course he was commenting about Kobe. But for you NBA history, by the book nerds that think this is over, brace yourself I think Kobe has something up his sleeve on Sunday. Celtics lead the series 3 to 1.
