As a new Palm device owner I felt the need to blog about this cool new update for the phone. the biggest one being video capturing, editing and EASY sharing and uploading. This update is now available for customers on the Sprint network in the US and on the O2 UK, O2 DE, O2 Ireland, and Movistar networks in Europe. The update is expected to be available for Palm webOS phones on other networks soon. Highlights of the latest update include:
The ability to capture, edit, and share video: Not only can you easily shoot video footage from your Palm webOS phone, but you can also make quick edits and upload your footage to YouTube or Facebook (or send them via email or MMS) with just a couple of taps. See the video capabilities in action in the video below.
Get more done faster: The Calendar, Phone, Messaging, and Email apps have all been enhanced with new features to simplify common tasks (many based on feedback from our customers). For example, in the Calendar app, you can now dial a number that appears in the subject of an appointment. In the Email app, you can now sort by date, sender, and subject. In the Phone app, the Call log offers more options to easily connect to a contact (such as via SMS). And there are some new shortcuts for zipping from one app to another (for example, moving from a chat view to a phone call with that person). You¹ll also see improved performance in these apps.
Enhanced notifications: The LED in the gesture area now lights up and pulses if you have a notification (even when the screen is off). You can also customize notification sounds in Messaging, Email (on an account-by-account basis), and Calendar. And there are new notification sounds in the ringtones library to give your more customization options for your alert.
Your phone will automatically update within a few days once Palm webOS 1.4 is available on your carrier. You can also trigger the update using the Updates app

This was a very exciting project for us to get involved with and under the hood is a 4 rotor engine! Mugen has unveiled its line up of parts for Honda’s CR-Z just before the its official release in Japan. The Mugen parts will become available on various dates from April and will include front and rear half spoilers, front grille, side skirts, rear wing, hydrophilic side mirror replacements and two different alloy wheel designs for the exterior, while performance parts will include a stainless steel exhaust system, sports suspension kit, air cleaner and airbox and performance brake pads. Interior goodies include a dry carbon interior mirror cover, floor mats and a GFRP gauge mount for 3 gauges on the dashboard.

Random OD: Drake Dropping The Ball?
Los Angeles based DJ Skee is not only an established DJ, he is also a marketing pro who has lent his skills to various brands. Due to his experience it is no wonder why he has a lot of opinions on different ways to monetize the music industry.
Skee recently spoke to XXL magazine about different ways to monetize the industry and how Drake could have moved the music business forward but instead dropped the ball.
"I don't mean to give away the secrets on what I'm working on, but imagine going to company X, who cuts a check to have Drake be a spokesperson for the brand, then pays to create a music video that features and can also be cut into a commercial for company X that's shown on TV to millions of people thousands of times," he wrote this week. "To top it off, the consumer has to go to Drake's website to get the entire song (or mixtape/album) for free, where before they download they're forced to watch that 30 second music video/advertisement about the product...In the event it went nowhere, company X isn't committed to wasting a ton of money, and if successful, Drake is making more money than he could imagine. Immediately, if successful, this changes the entire model of the music business...In this marketplace, especially where the economy is, Drake went the 100-percent safe route, and at the end of the day, did what he felt was best for him. Maybe I'm looking too much into it and the rebel side of me just wants to see something new shake up everything, but I really think Drake could have revolutionized the music game, and to some extent, the entertainment and advertising industries. For someone with so much against him yet was able to do it all himself to just drop the ball at the buzzer disappoints me. I just think of what could have been."
A lot of people will take this as Skee hating on Drake but after looking at his statement with an open mind, one has to admit that Skee has a valid point.

Exclusive: Alexander McQueen Found Dead
London- Today the fashion world loss an icon as British designer Alexander McQueen was found dead in his flat in London. The British papers report that the 40-year-old designer took his own life by hanging himself. McQueen committed suicide days after his mother’s death last Tuesday. His company, who is referring to the designer by his given first name, had this to say in a statement:
On behalf of Lee McQueen’s family, Alexander McQueen today announces the tragic news that Lee McQueen, the founder and designer of the Alexander McQueen brand, has been found dead at his home. At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with Lee’s family.
McQueen was scheduled to show his contemporary line today at New York Fashion Week but it is now cancelled.

It’s been over six months since I first heard of Siri, the DARPA-inspired smartphone app that pledged to take all the hassle out of… well… just living your busy life. It’s a virtual assistant that can take care of menial tasks, things like finding restaurants, hearing reviews, and even booking tables — all with your voice. Siri asks simple questions and reacts to your answers, and while it seems to have lost some of its military feel since its DARPA beginings, it’s a great companion to your happening lifestyle. And did I mention, it’s free! I like free. Check out the demonstration video and hit up the App Store to do your downloading. If you’re on some other smartphone platform besides the iPhone you’ll have to wait, it’s iPhone only for now. With all the DARPA geeks working on this, can your very own Cylon assistant be far off? By your command.

So GT 5 HD is around the corner and everyone is cite! So excited that theres some GT buffs setting up driving simulators so they can get the feel of being inside a race car when playing it with their PS3 steering wheel and pedal. Than I came upon this, the ULTIMATE (so "ultimate" I had to capitalize all the letters) driving simulator in the world. Three 47" inch LCD and $10,000 dollars later a setup worth dying for!
