Philippines Deadly Rainfall Leaves Many Homeless

The death count is up to 240 people and there are 300,000 left homeless in the Philippines after Manila got its heaviest rainfall in more than 40 years.

More than 80 percent of the capital was under water at one point Sunday. Tropical Storm Ketsana, which has since strengthened into a typhoon, engulfed whole houses and buses.

So sad. My thoughts are with everyone there.
