Even though Kanye West featured "All of the Lights" as a segment in his 30-minute film "Runaway," he's decided to give the Fantasy's fourth single its own full-length visual. Mr. West taps go-to-director Hype Williams, along with Rihanna—who dominates the song's voluminous hook—for the official "All of the Lights" music video.
